I founded Estellar because I believed transformation could be so much better than it was. 

It was already clear that to succeed in the future, businesses would need to evolve quickly and continuously — but most weren’t designed that way. Too often, big changes felt chaotic, heavy and exhausting for the people expected to carry them out.

I knew there was a better way.
